2. Approval and signing of the minutes to the regular Board Meeting on July 16^th and Special Meeting minutes on July 28, 2026.

3. Fiscal Officer’s July Finance reports (Appropriation report, Fund Summery, Receipts, Payment report approval (including payroll), and July Bank Reconciliation and Bank Balances report. The Fiscal Officer advised she had transferred $100k from Star Ohio to the library operating account at 1^st National.
