Once obtained please fill out the form and return it to the Salem Township Public Library either by email (scan the pdf or take a picture and attach it to the email) bierleyan@stploh.org or you may also mail it to us or drop it off directly at the library. Salem Township Public Library, 535 West Pike St., Morrow, Ohio 45152.
Applications are always available but we may not be hiring at the time, we do keep applications for a period of time so feel free to submit.
